Explain your rationale. – I understand that sodas are not good for you, but me personally I am one of those who has to have a soda everyday. Thats normally the first thing I do on my way to work in the morning is pick up a soda. I just like them, people like them, and even though they are bad for you people are still going to drink them.
  • Briefly outline at least one other strategy the firm could take to support its strategic direction. – I would say maybe try new flavors, or change up the bottle it comes in. By doing this it will catch people eye all over again and they will want to try the new flavors.

Determine which strategy is most likely to benefit the firm (Explain your rationale): – I personally think that some people like the taste of sodas. I cannot drink them because I have a high irritation to them but I have heard others say they are addicted to the bubbles or the fizz. When they are drinking them they know they are not good for them and that particular drink holds a lot of calories but in that moment they are not worried about that.

Briefly outline at least one other strategy the firm could take to support its strategic direction (Illustrate why this new strategy would be successful) – I would change the marketing approach. Maybe design a new bottle or can label, something that is very catching and appealing. Or mix two flavors together.
