Summarize the elements of the organization’s diversity plan.
Explain the positions taken within the diversity plan to account for disparate treatment and disparate impact.
Discuss the process for the recruitment and selection of current and future employees to positions within the organization.
Describe the steps taken to ensure that pay and benefits are properly allocated among employees.
