The problem is the school dropout rate in the United States. According to Stark & Noel (2015), the school dropout relates closely to the incomes of people. When the parent has low income, they might not be able to cater for the school needs of the children. This leads to school dropout.

Sometimes the issues faced by adults’ starts at the early bad stages that they passed through during youth times. The society with a high dropout rate in high schools is not likely to develop as expected.
